R129 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the r129 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical errors, or use third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

Users are not permitted to:

Using another person's account or sharing login credentials with any third party.
Using any automated software, bots, or tools that simulate human behaviour to interact with the platform.
Uploading or transmitting any content containing malware, viruses, or malicious code.
Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the operation of r129's servers and infrastructure.
Engaging in any money laundering activity or transactions that violate Malaysian law.
Filing false claims or providing misleading information to the support team.

R129 reserves the right to take legal action against users who violate these rules, including reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

4. Payment Information & Transactions in MYR

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the r129 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may deposit using locally available payment methods, including DuitNow, Boost, and internet banking from major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

All deposits are final and non-reversible once confirmed by the system.
Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to successful identity verification.
R129 reserves the right to place withdrawal processing on hold until all verification requirements have been met.
Any fraudulent activity involving financial transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the selected payment method.
R129 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits come from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity.

5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

R129 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. Under no circumstances shall r129's liability to any user exceed the net deposit amount made by that user within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

6. Account Policies, Terms Amendments & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure

R129 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for any of the following reasons without prior notice: breach of these terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to provide requested identity verification documents, or at the direction of a competent authority. Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may not be refunded.

Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the r129 support team at [email protected]. Such requests will be processed within seven (7) business days, subject to the settlement of all pending transactions.

Amendments to Terms

R129 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
